Friday, October 19 and Saturday, October 20, 2018 (Please note that this schedule may be subject to change) Day 1 (Friday, October 19, 2018) 3:00 pm until 3:45 pm in Armstrong Concert Hall (ACH) Arrival, registration and short audition to determine student preparation/seating assignment 4:00 pm until 6:00 pm Tutti rehearsal with SCSO in ACH 6:00 pm Pick-up/Departure Day 2 (Saturday, October 20, 2018) 9:00 am until 10:20 am Sectionals at SU (locations TBD) Sectionals with SU faculty 10:30 am until 12:15 pm Tutti rehearsal in ACH Tutti rehearsal with SCSO 12:30 pm until 1:20 pm Lunch at Allen Dining Hall (included in fee) 1:30 pm until 3:30 pm Dress rehearsal in ACH 4:00 pm Concert in ACH (Expected end-time is 5:00 pm) 5:00 pm Departure/Pick-up |
